All it comes down to is pure insecurity for potential threats. If one country has more nukes then the other, the other takes it as a threat, then generates nukes. Then another country sees both of them as a threat, making enough nukes to face off the threat of both countries with nukes.

Well here's my point now.Its for destruction, definitely yes Smile
But 1 time destruction is better than continuous war.And its not necessary that you show your nuclear skills outside your country.Like how India and Pakistan did.None harmed but India now knows that Pakistan has Nuclear power and doesn't dare to wage a war with Pakistan now!
